Donna here. Sooooooo.... how have we done this week? I've been very good about exercising AND eating this week. My BFF, Tina, is helping me do Weight Watchers points. Let me tell ya... writing down everything you are eating and seeing how many points are in each and every morsel you put in your mouth is very SOBERING! But it is working. I've lost 3 pounds this week!!!
What I think has helped me most is knowing that certain foods have ZERO points. That's right... You can eat these foods until you are stuffed if you want. And wouldn't you know it... they are good for you too!
My favorite Zero point snack to help tide me over until my next meal is tomato slices with a little bit of garlic salt.
I love tomatoes. I can eat a tomato like an apple with a little bit of salt but my BFF doesn't like what she calls the tomato "guts"... lol. So she gets Roma tomatoes that have "fewer guts".
